Terms & Conditions

 Inner Art is committed to providing excellent service.

This policy sets out your agreement and the way we manage Inner Art services.

On booking you agree to the following:

1. I will notify you of any allergies, medical conditions & medication that are relevant to my / my child’s participation at Inner Art by emailing hello@innerart.co.uk.

2. I will inform you of any learning or behavioral concerns which are relevant to my / my child’s participation at Inner Art by emailing hello@innerart.co.uk.

3. I give permission for photographs/videos to be taken and used for Inner Art purposes eg website, local advertising, local press. This is on the understanding that my / my child's full name will not be used. I will notify you by emailing hello@innerart.co.uk if I do not wish for my / my child's image to be used.

4. I give permission for my details to be entered onto a database to be used only for Inner Art & related art that I / my child may be interested in. I can unsubscribe at any time. 

5. In the unlikely event of illness or accident I give permission for any necessary medical treatment to be given by a first-aider. In an emergency and if I cannot be contacted, I am willing to receive / for my child to receive hospital treatment if necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me as soon as possible. If I do not agree I will inform you by emailing hello@innerart.co.uk.

6. I confirm that the details provided via my purchase are complete to the best of my knowledge. I will inform you if there are any changes to this information by emailing hello@innerart.co.uk.

7. If I have booked a place on behalf of another participant(s), I will ensure all relevant information is transferred between Inner Art and them, including the above statements. 

 

Inner Art Tuition & Inner Art Online Tuition

BOOKING

Prior booking is essential for all Inner Art Tuition and Inner Art Online Tuition sessions. Booking is secured on receipt of payment. Payment is due on booking or at least 48hrs in advance. Sessions may be cancelled if payment is not received 48hrs in advance of session taking place. 

CANCELLATIONS

48hrs notice is required for cancellations. Full lesson payment is due for lessons cancelled within 48hrs.

ILLNESS

In the event of tutor illness an alternative time and date is offered, or a refund proportionate to the duration. We also reserve the right to cancel the session. 


Inner Art Experiences


BOOKING

Prior booking is essential. Booking is on a first come first served basis, and secured on receipt of payment.

Payment is due on booking or within 48hrs of booking confirmation email. Sessions may be cancelled if payment is not received within 48hrs of booking confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations more than 28 days before the day of your Inner Art Experience will receive a full refund. 

Cancellations more than 10 days but less than 28 days before the day of your Inner Art Experience will receive a partial refund of 50%.

Cancellations 10 days or less before the start of your Inner Art Experience are non-refundable. 

We make every effort to offer the Inner Art Experience outlined on this website. However, we reserve the right to cancel if necessary. The person in whose name the booking is made will be notified and a full refund provided.  

ILLNESS

In the event of tutor illness, we may be able to provide an alternative tutor but reserve the right to cancel the Inner Art Experience. 

Should it be necessary to cancel in the event of tutor illness, you will be offered a full refund.


Inner Art Gift Vouchers 

Inner Art Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Refunds are not available for Inner Art Gift Vouchers.
